Welcome to O High Kitchen & Bar Jodhpur (o-high.in). By accessing our website, booking tables, or placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Table Reservations & Bookings - Standard reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled time. If you do not arrive within this window, your table may be released. - Table selections made through the visual map layout are subject to real-time adjustments due to layout reconfigurations or unforeseen operational requirements. 2. Floor Level Bookings - Whole-floor booking requests are tentative until reviewed and approved by our guest relations team. - A minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or shifts. Catering packages and customized menu layouts must be finalized prior to the event date. 3. Restaurant Rules & Code of Conduct - Dress Code: We enforce a smart-casual dress code. Sportswear, open slippers, and inappropriate clothing may result in denied entry. - Outside Food/Beverages: Strictly prohibited. Birthday cakes may be allowed only with prior permission. - Alcohol & Age Limit: Alcohol is served strictly to guests above the legal drinking age. Valid age-proof ID may be requested by staff. 4. Intellectual Property All content, designs, visual maps, images, logos, and text on o-high.in are the intellectual property of O High Kitchen & Bar and may not be reproduced without written consent. 5. Modifications to Service O High reserves the right to alter pricing, menus, hours, or policies without prior notice.
