O High Kitchen & Bar provides premium delivery and self-pickup options for our gourmet menu. Please review our shipping policy below: 1. Delivery Coverage Area - We offer home delivery services exclusively within the Jodhpur city limits. - Deliveries are active within a 10 km radius of our restaurant located at Pal Road, opposite Ashok Udhyan. 2. Delivery Timeline - Standard Deliveries: Orders are prepared fresh and typically delivered within 30 to 45 minutes of order acceptance, depending on traffic and distance. - Self-Pickups: Pickup orders are ready at our service counter within 20 minutes of online confirmation. 3. Delivery Fees - A nominal delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the distance from the restaurant. - Complimentary free delivery is automatically applied to orders above a specified minimum order value (e.g. ₹999). 4. Food Safety & Packaging To guarantee hygiene and fresh restaurant temperature, all orders are dispatched in premium, food-safe, bio-degradable insulated containers with tamper-evident safety seals. If a seal is broken upon delivery, please reject the order and notify support immediately. 5. Address Verification Please ensure accuracy in contact numbers and addresses. O High is not responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong contact details or locked premises. Re-delivery fees may apply.
