Refund & Cancellation Policy
At O High Kitchen & Bar, we strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Please read our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
1. Table Reservation Deposits
- Table bookings with premium seating fees or slot booking deposits can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the slot time for a full 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the slot time are non-refundable.
2. Floor Bookings & Private Events
- Cancellations of floor bookings requested 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance deposit.
- Cancellations requested between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.
3. Online Order Cancellations (Pickup/Delivery)
- Once an order is accepted and kitchen preparation begins, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
- In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement item or issue a full refund for that item.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days. For any refund-related queries, please write to billing@ohigh.in with your booking confirmation code.
